Now to stabilize and trim them.
This is my December OMG

Kimberly Einmo had a great class that I really enjoyed.

The John Deere panel will be made into a baby quilt.

Quilting is more fun than Housework has us working on scraps.

Lucky 7 was quilted.
I thought I had the binding made, but...
I have to find the fabric.

This was made from the crumb fabric I made a bit ago.
I decided that if I was going to use it up, I'd use it for the lining too, not just the upper band.

Studio Organization

Shelly at Prairie Moon is doing another studio organization challenge.

I did this with her a few years ago and it really helped.

I still keep my cutting and pressing tables clear because of that.

I need to work on other things now.

I think I should just finish quilting these tops

There are a couple of tops here that need to be quilted.

Then, I have 3 Habitat for Humanity tops to quilt and bind.

So, I am going to say quilting things is what is on my list for this month.

The T-shirt quilt is still waiting for me.
I have the excel sheet set up.
I'm measuring the shirts on the wall so I know how big I need to stabilize and cut them.
The Christmas trees were a class from the Vermont Quilt Festival.
Kimberly Einmo had a great class that I really enjoyed.
See the red stripe?
I want to make a tree and put it in the left or right bottom corner.

I had doctor appointments today, so I don't think I'll get lots done.

I am hoping to finish quilting the Lucky 7.

Quilting is more fun than Housework has us working on scraps.

These were done completely out of the scrap drawers.
I would love to say it made a dent, but it didn't.
This was done using scraps to stitch out the fox, and then from the orange drawer.
I drew the card orange octopus.
I used the orange as inspiration.

Projects

My microwave bowl covers UFOs are done.

The ones on the left are for Lisa in bluebonnet fabrics
The ones on the right are the UFOs.
Two are mine and one is a gift.
I had a blue towel and made a towel boa.
More teabag wallets.
I had two foxy embroidery leftover from something.
I decided to make two wallets to go with the challenge.
I picked an octopus.
I chose the orange color and then I did 8 lines of specialty stitches on the outside.
I think that will meet the challenge.

Teabag wallets

24 Teabag Wallets are completed.
I have a couple more I wish to make, but these are for a friend, and I'm done with them.

I started with this pattern from thriftyfun.
I decided that instead of that little star, I would embroider something on it.
Then, my friend wanted nurse things on it.
So, this project was born.

The T-shirt quilt is still waiting for me.
I am hoping to get most of them measured by the end of the week.
I've had some other things that came up.
To the left are teabag wallets ready to sew together.
I'm debating on doing it by machine or by longarm as a big group.
Once I get started, it won't take long.

The Christmas trees were a class from the Vermont Quilt Festival.
Kimberly Einmo had a great class that I really enjoyed.
I have all the big trees done, but I keep looking at it and wanting to add one different colored tree.
I have all the smaller border trees ready to sew.
It will come together quickly, but today is a focused day on the teabag wallets.

The items on the left are all from the scrap drawer.

Saturday

I finished the table runner binding.
My class with Kimberly Einmo was WONDERFUL!
I have all the big trees completed and 8 of 18 of the smaller trees.
I have all the trees prepped to be sewn.

The tea wallets are coming along.
I still need to pull fabrics from the scrap drawers to round out the pieces.
Then, I'll sew the fronts together and get them quilted at the same time.
This will be my project for the next couple of days.

I also prepped the microwave bowl covers from the UFO and the project I've been working.
I should be able to complete them soon too.

Stonehenge

Stonehenge is bound and labeled, so it is done.
This is my November OMG.
