 I have some things I must finish in 2025.

Well, they might not be done, but I'll do my best. 😖

I haven't had a good year to finish the things I wanted to do.

Since my DH passed in May, after all the paperwork is done, I'll be more focused, I hope.

All the paperwork might never be done. LOL

1. Donna's Memory Quilts (4) 

First Top is done.

I might add borders, but I want to ensure enough fabric for the other quilts.

Three more to go.

2. Lillian's Memory Bears (10)

I have one started. I should just get them sewn.

3. Ashley High School Graduation Quilt

This quilt is VERY overdue.

One was already provided; it was a flag quilt.

 

I received another one that only needs binding added.

This is the last one that needs to be quilted.

It's been crazy around here.

I am beginning to think this is my new norm.

My goal is not going to be met this year, but that's OK.

I'm having surgery in the first part of November, and the recovery time is the rest of the year.

I'll be working on handwork, but that is probably not going to be 41 yards of fabric. 

I finished the binding on my shy little kitten panel.

The 4 different color binding wasn't all that hard.

I would do it again.

It's been a strange couple of weeks, but I'm doing some hand sewing to keep me occupied.

I finished a little heart that I got in Hawaii, and started the applique years ago.

It got lost, so now it is done. :)

I am also making lots of thread catchers from my cut 2.5" strips/jelly rolls.

I finished the hand sewing on 3 of them.

My daughter needed a guild name tag, so I helped her out and made her one.

I suppose I did something this week, but they were so tiny.

I do have a baby quilt ready for binding.

I'm trying to do the binding a different way.

I want 4 different colors on each side.

That means I need to learn how to do the mitered corners differently.
