Design Wall Monday December 4, 2023
Small Quilts and Doll Quilts Design Wall Monday.
It's been a while since I posted.
Life got in the way, but I am praying I am back on course.
One design wall has a baby clothing quilt for Lillian.
I needed more of the girl clothing stabilized and added.
I am ready to add the needed ones to the top rows.
I do not know how much larger this will be, but it is getting close to completion.
The little one block is me trying out a green and peaches in a block.
This one came from the guild.
They received it partially made, and I am trying to figure out how to use the pieces.
I think it will become a lap quilt, and any leftovers will be made into a bag or pillow.

December Progress
My to-do-list for 2023
I've updated this listing with only the things that have not yet been accomplished and will transfer over to 2024.
1. I need to cut more baby clothing and even out the boy and girl fabric. I am sewing together the girl baby clothing to be able to finish off the quilt. I hope I can accomplish this in December
2. Donna's memory quilt or two, depending on how it goes together. I think I will be doing hers in a heart shape. I doubt I get started on this in December, so it will be first on the list in January 2024.
3. I'd like to make some memory teddy bears from Rob, Lillian, and Donna's leftovers.
None of the remaining items on this list will be worked on in December.

10. Start on the Wedding quilt for December

November Accountability
I need to focus on accountability.
This might be too much to plan for in August with DH going in for Cancer Surgery in mid-August, but I have to have a plan.
So, my plans for November are:

2. Prepare for the Senior Center Color project for next year.
(this is not happening right now because it won't be shared until January)
3. Work on Lillian's Baby Quilt Surprise I worked on it, but didn't get it finished.
