The new challenge is to work on the baby clothing quilt.
I have two of them to make and need to be working on them so I can get them done.

I have this much done and have sorted some of the other pieces so I can finish up with the remaining clothing and add some to this.

I don't want it to get too big.

I did better about not buying lots.

I did find a burgundy and bought  a FQ of it.

DD's school color is burgundy and I don't find nice patterns very often.

Today

I finished quilting another QOV.

I think this is #23. 

Pat Cobb sent me this wonderful big cat as part of our Jungle Swap.

This is a big BAG and will take forever to get through, but I've started it.

Alien

How do you get a machine out of the box?

they finally got it out and we got it put together by reading the instructions. 

My new Tajima  Sai

The kiddos say it looks like an alien. 

I feel like an alien trying to make it stitch. 

There is a learning curve, but I stitched out 3 postcard fronts and backs. 

It is stitching!

I don't understand how it transfers some things, so I'll have to search out an answer.

This design had 4 colors and only 3 transferred.

Not sure why.....

But, I got it to work and I'm going to be putting it to use in the very near future.
