Organization

I really want to get back to organizing all my things.

I don't know why I lost what I had, but now is the time.

I heart planner is having an organization challenge to tackle paper clutter.

the first task is to get a pretty box/basket/something to collect all paper coming into the house.

I think I actually need two of these.  One for my office and one downstairs.

Design Wall Monday

This is the Quilt Bug Mystery quilt.

I didn't twist the blocks because my choices looked better this way.

I will put a small green border around it and then find a pink or floral border for the final border. 

T-shirt quilt is still up.

Think I have a plan.

I did oxiclean the other white one and think it will work.

The logo is bigger on the back.

Today is going to be preparing for home school starting tomorrow and going to appointments.

I have my applique to keep occupied while I wait this afternoon.

Apple butter

this is the center of the Apple Butter Mystery at Quilt Bug.

I need to put a border on it.

They call for 1 border, but I think I am going to do a small green border and then a larger print border.

One Monthly Goal

Red Letter Quilts is doing a challenge of One Monthly Goal (OMG) where we each state which quilt we are going to work on during the month. 

 We link up in the first week and when we finish we link up in the week of the month.

The one I chose for January is my red Christmas Tree

I have the pattern traced, so now to iron onto the fabric and figure out where to place it. :)

All People Quilt

All People Quilt is having a UFO Challenge and you know I have to join in on it.

I have my 12 projects picked and pulled to be easier to get to.

The number for January is #2, which is my Pink Strip Quilt.

Looks like this might have been a 9 patch quilt to start.

We shall see what it turns out to be. :)

Center is done

The center of the test quilt is done.  Can't show you, but now only the outside mitered border to do.
I've been playing with other things too, so it is taking longer than it should.
