Baby Clothing Quilt

Looking at this, you might think that it is done.
No, I have 3 more rows to finish.
I'd better make sure that I've done this right, but that is what I think it is.
I still have blocks made and will put them up next to see how many more I need to make.
It feels wonderful to have this much done.

Update

Made an acorn postcard for a swap.

Happy Fall Towel for DD's Apartment

Snowflake towel for DD's apartment

I received these wonderful pincushions from Bea.
She hosts a swap where we make and send one pincushion and receive one each month.
It is a fun swap and it is wonderful to get mail.

These are the two little pincushions with thread catchers for swaps going out in November and December.
I used The Stitching Room's Thread Holder pattern and made it smaller.
It's an easy pattern and good directions.

Lots of little things going on.

I am also sewing together the baby clothing quilt.
This is only half of the quilt, but when I get it sewing together I'll be able to add the blocks I have done to the wall and see how close I am to finishing.
I'm still using it as a leader/ender when I'm doing other things.

The project I'm working on now is the Thanksgiving placemats for DD.
Do you see a theme here? LOL

I'm getting ready for the Quilt Festival in Houston.
It's going to be a fun time with the classes I am taking.
Two are with a sewing machine and the rest for hand sewing.

Design Wall Monday

My design walls are EXACTLY the same as before,.

I'm linking to Small Quilts Doll Quilt's Design Wall Monday and Monday Makings.

Last Guild quilt

The last of the four guild quilts is quilted.
I'll pick up another four on Saturday for the November Meeting.
I think that will be the last for the year because they don't collect in December.
My commitments are fulfilled for October.

NBAQG #37

NVAQG #38

One more to go and I'll be ready for Saturday's guild meeting.

Sunday Stash report

It was a slow week of consistent going through boxes and finishing up small projects.
I have a few more things to long arm for charity and then I'll be able to work on some of my own.
There are a few challenges which I need to just finish and have ready for November.
I'm concerned that with the Quilt Festival coming up that I won't be ready for events like I need to be.
