Design Wall Monday 6/30/2025

     Design Wall Monday

My design walls have not changed much over March.

Small Quilts and Doll Quilts

My Tula 100 Blocks will be offset with Quarter Square Triangles in Blue and Yellow.

My guild donated blocks for QOVs, and I'm assembling the quilts.
This is the last of the blocks donated by the guild.

End of June To-Do-List

I have some things I must finish in 2025

I haven't had a good year to finish the things I wanted to do.

But it may get better.

1. Donna's Memory Quilts (4)

First Top is done.
I might add borders, but I want to ensure enough fabric for the other quilts.
Three more to go.

2. Lillian's Memory Bears (10)

I have one started. I should just get them sewn.

3. Ashley High School Graduation Quilt

This quilt is VERY overdue.

4. QOV (4)

One was already provided; it was a flag quilt.

I received another one that only needs binding added.
This is the last one that needs to be quilted.

At least one Stashbuster UFO a month (1/10) 10%

January #36 Thru Grandmother's Window

(This is all appliqué)

February #6 Wowza

I won't be able to show this because it is a test quilt that I had trouble with.

February #21 Wedding Quilt

I don't like the design of this quilt, so it will be a challenge.

March #9 Wool Poinsettia Ornaments
I'm working on the ornaments in the evenings.
I'll finish them on the trip.

April #3 Yo-Yos
This is an ongoing project.
I have an idea for a toy made from Yo-Yos.
I'm also taking it on the trip.

April #39 Thread Catchers
I know I can get what is already sewn finished.
I have some cut and ready to sew.
I'll probably not get them all sewn for the trip.

May #1 Zoology
This is a panel and should be quick to finish.
I just need to be able to sew.
May was not a good month.

May #15 Wildlife Panel Quilt
Another quick finish if I could get to it.

June #10 Woodsy Bag
This one has very little to be done to complete it.
I need to focus more on it.

June #45 Texas Armadillo Table Runner
I need to find this one to figure out what needs to be done to finish it.

Completed Stashbuster UFOs 3/12(25%)

January #10 Wolf Postcard Wall Hanging

March #43
 The Continental

April #3 Yo-Yos

  All People Quilt UFOs

At least 50% (3/6) 50%

I've not been great at accomplishing these.

I didn't do a great job of picking what I could finish.:(

January #4 Shelf Curtain

This might not be completed because the need for it is about to go away.

I will make curtains out of the fabric.

March #2 Donna's Memory Quilt

I have the top finished, but I am wondering if I want to add borders, so it will sit until I have a few more of these quilts made.

April #1 Lillian Bears

I need to just put these together and finish them.

May #9 Gingerbread Wishes

These are in the car for the trip.

July #5 Oasis Cover

August # 8 Christmas Stocking

September #6 Arrowheads

October #12 Shy Little Kitten

November #3 Wowza

QOVs

The New Braunfels Area Quilt Guild members donated blocks, and I've been putting them together into quilts.
This is the last of the tops.
All blocks have been used.
I plan to have this one done for the Sunday Grange meeting so we can donate them.
