Stashbuster Stay At Home Retreat

i need some happiness in my day, so i think I'll be retreating this weekend.

My loose goals are:

1.    Sew center of baby quilt together

3.    Continue Irish Stars quilt along

I was busy yesterday, but on lots of other things than quilting.

Today is Mom's Memorial

I will probably do something in the studio this morning because the memorial is at 4.

I have been cutting more baby clothing this morning.

I have a pile ready to cut and I have a bag ready to be stabilized.

This is the obituary in a book mark form.

Here are the 40 Kleenex covers that I made.

Mom's favorite color was pink with some green.

I just used a couple scraps of fabric and made however many it made.

The memorial is tomorrow.

TQPM March issue had a Happy Birthday Banner

DD decided she would like one for her dorm room with her name on it.

Things I learned

I don't stitch in the ditch well, which is why I don't do machine bindings.

I should use an invisible thread to do those things.

But, it is done and she likes it.
