Life in Pieces is counting the number of days of quilting
135/144 (94%)
It has been a strange few weeks.
We went on vacation, and the nights of the drive were not productive.

While on vacation, I did hand sewing and further prepping of UFOs.

Then, after returning, my DH got ill, and I've been sitting in a dark room at the hospital with him.
It is difficult to sew, and some days when I get home, I have no energy.

The last few days have been wonderful to get in the studio for a few minutes.

Quilting is More Fun than Housework, does a scrappy linky on Sundays.

Tula is still on the design wall.
I'm looking at layouts to see what I'm going to do.
It might be a while now.

On the trip, I finished prepping these two UFOs.
I had them started, and who knows why I stopped?
They need to be stitched down and quilted.

  2. Sometimes you just have to vacation and not stitch. Hope Your Guy is home and is feeling much better.

  3. I'm sorry that your husband isn't well. Hope he'll be released to home soon. I like the scrappy quilt in the first photo and, as always, I'm impressed by your record-keeping.
