I've had a little sewing, but I took a break to wrap gifts and do things around the house.
I know I get some sewing in during the week between Christmas and New Years, and I don't count Christmas gifts of fabric in my stash.
Sush, don't tell anyone.
If I were to quilt the two quilts I have here and get the binding done, I could meet the 200 net yards of fabric goal.
I have to remember that I originally only said 100 yards, so this is an improved goal.
It's hard to believe the year is almost over.
I can't figure out how to get this chart to be centered, so you get it they way excel wanted to import it.
These are my stats for the last 12 years.
2006 I started at the end of the year when I found Stashbusters
It was also my first year of retirement from the Air Force.
2015 was the year I went though my stash and donated so much of it.
I've done well with coming away with more used than bought.
Some years I bought quite a bit too.
2006 | -12.53 |
2007 | -176.00 |
2008 | -155.81 |
2009 | -54.81 |
2010 | -109.15 |
2011 | -195.01 |
2012 | -223.52 |
2013 | -97.92 |
2014 | -204.19 |
2015 | -355.12 |
2016 | -226.09 |
2017 | -188.38 |
In reality, that is a really scary number considering how much fabric I have left.
But, I bought 63 yards this year.
Most of that went back out as the year went on.
Much of it was wide backs.
