HELP

I am stuck.
I think this quilt would need custom quilting, but I'm stuck on what to do.

    Hi, Mel! Could you do one pattern in the background areas, then another for each of the "frames"?

    How about some feathers on the grey and brown and for the star, figure 8 or ????
