Slow day

My day was going to be only in the studio, but that was changed.
I ended up doing some sorting and shredding.
I ended up running some errands.
I did sew the rows together on the pink horse quilt.
I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with the border.
I'm not exactly sure what to do with the amount of fabric I have left.
I'll let it talk to me a bit and then make a decision.

This Covered In Love quilt is large and I don't have a space large enough for it.
It is done, now to find a box that it will fit in.

Today

I had an appointment to be evaluated at the VA today.
I thought I'd be waiting a long time, but...
I was only waiting for a short time.
In Between things, I finished this wool table topper I had worked on yesterday.
Not much, but something.
This will be a Christmas gift for the apartment of girls.
I decided I would do a basket with food items for finals and some Christmas things for around the apartment for their gift.

i'm thinking a wreath for the door, place mats, a fabric tray, coasters, etc with food items.
